Is there a way of ensuring when you search on Google you can view the results as if searching in the US instead of getting UK focused results?

I click on any cache version in the results - that brings up one of Google's IP addresses ie:-

or use Google Global firefox plugin. Thats the best because you can see all the stuff even PPC ads that are running there but you need to be using firefox
