Hi folks always there will be a diffculty for newbies which type of Seo is important.Trust me guys if your Off Site stuff is good then you guyz have more search engine rankings.Most the newbies think Frequently changing keywords H1 tags H2 tags etc(On page stuff) may increase their rankings its not like that 75% of your rankings depend on your Off site stuff.Submission to the directories withe very less PR than your site then it wont help you guys at all your PR depends upon not only number of incomming links but also the PR of incomming links.Concentrate more and more on your Off page stuff for better search engine ranking.:tup.Even user experince is key for search engine ranking,So think like a visitor not like a search engine bot.

It's important to remember though, that you should have all of your On-Page SEO completed before getting stuck into the Off-Page SEO.

I don't mean On Site is completely useless what i mean is compared to Onsite Offsite is important.
