Has anyone seen or got a system for managing a network of links between their sites?

Something like text-link-ads but just for ourselves. Doesn't even need a payment gateway, just a way of setting up something on each publisher site and a central admin area to turn links on and off

Sort of a centralised blogroll manager is what I'm thinking of

I've looked at a couple of adserver solutions like adbrite and openads but they all send the links back via the adserver for reporting. I just want direct links.

Any ideas?
If there's nothing about and I get one built, how much would anyone pay for a copy of the script?

I think I've built something a bit like you describe. Check out the Sponsored TLinks on Rentagaff. It's a bit crude (uses a frame) but seems to work.
