Any benefit to Title Tag in Link Code?

I note that you can specify a Title Tag in HTML link code, i.e.

<a href="mykeyphrasedomain.co.uk" title="my keyphrase">My Keyphrase</a>

Does the forum think this confers much SEO benefit?

theres no seo benefit, it doesnt even count towards density.

best use is for accessibility and even then its limited to non IE browsers.
