    UPDATE 11/11/11: Issue seems to be resolved. I'll keep you posted

    Just a heads up regarding Income Access. I'm an affiliate for the mobile casino programs they manage.

    I just received the following email from one of the their brands... mFortune :

    We are emailing you to inform you that mFortune have rolled over payments for the month of September. We understand the inconvenience this has caused but the mFortune stats were not finalized before the deadline of generating the consolidated Income Access Network payments.

    The rolled over payments for September will be paid out with October's commission payment.

    Please email us if you have any further questions or if you require bespoke content for your mFortune campaigns.

    FYI: October commissions aren't paid until November.

    I'm nervous for a few reasons.
    1. I can't get through to anyone at Income Access on the telephone. I just get voice mail all of the EXT of the 6 people I know.

    2. Probablity owned mobile brands "Ladylucks" and "Moobile" (not my typo... they did think this was a good brand name for a mobile product) Mobile casinos, have just moved their affiliate management to a seperate domain.

    Like I said... This just a heads up for mobile casino affiliates.

    FYI You can always reach the Income Access office at +1-514-849-8595. Keep in mind we're based in Montreal so if it's morning in the UK we won't be around.

    Regarding payments for mFortune, September and October will be made next week.

    To clarify, mFortune payments had to be rolled over because of delays in uploading some data near the end of the month. Since network payments have to be processed together, we had to rollover mFortune payments. We are doing everything in our power to prevent this from happening again.

    Dammit! I enjoyed meeting with the Income Access team at BAC2011. It was very productive. So much so that I've opted to simply say thanks for the post here and thank for the email I received today.

    PS. I do have to mention that....
    - I do have ALL your contact details, I made two attempts to contact you.
    - I spoke with mfortune direct, but they had no idea what was going on.
    - I work from 1pm GMT to Midnight GMT 4 days a week.

    I'm gonna stop now.

    Update: 01/01/2012 - All good. Received 2 payments now with no hiccups. Back on track
