My friend was owed a small amount and wrote to them requesting it... he got it back fairly quickly.
But this was maybe cos they'd closed his account cos he'd stopped promoting them.
I'm still owed quite a bit of money from Blackstar.
I no longer promote them and have not done for ages.
Whats the procedure for getting your moolah?
Anyone have any probs getting it?

BlackStar require you to send them an invoice. This can be emailed to them. Then they make a payment.
Their commission rate of 4% after VAT deductions is measily, but we have never had a problem receiving our commission from them - unlike certain other companies I could name.
Try emailing a couple of the addresses on their site including accounts@blackstar.co.uk and scp@blackstar.co.uk
