  Response Concepts

I've been promoting a survey for these people for a couple of months now, and it seems to be going ok. They did tell me though, 2 months ago, that their website would be live the following day, and stats would be available by the following Monday.

There's still no more than a holding page, and therefore no stats. I can get them by email if i wait a day or 2, but i was hoping for better.

Something just doesn't seem right. I've noticed several other sites promoting them recently, do any of you know any more than me about them?

Dear Carl

I'm sorry that you feel uneasy about dealing with us - but I feel, like you say, you should hear both sides of he story.

It's true, two of the directors here used to be involved with The Information House that went into liquidation earlier this year. This was due to a number of factors, namely discrepancies in the boardroom and an FD that unfortunately left things in rather a mess .

However, the two directors, (one of whom had the original idea), were approached by two new people, both high up in the world of Direct Marketing database building, to start again, using their funding. Hence Response Concepts was born, new start, new board of directors and a new mission.

The new directors have a strong hold on what is going on and I can assure you that you will be paid on 30 days from the date of your invoice.

Maybe you can spread this rumour for me!

Kind regards

Jo Smith

I dont know this company but if you failed running one company a short while ago , why would it be any different now?

Sure, they cn get some girl in the office to write some nice jubbly wubbly email... but whose gonna get there fingers burnt twice?

Sounds more like you could lose a limb dealing with these folks!

Mmm.

I'm gonna send em an invoice. We agreed 3 months or 5,000 sign ups, i've not got there yet, but i'm going to ask them for a gesture to back their 'new companies' email.

Is any one taking bets?

I'll take a bet with you.

I'll bet the money that's lost to me in cyberspace you don't get diddly. And if you do then you'll have to wait for my lost cash to come in so that I can pay up...now that's a big bet

Response Concepts do not pay any of their invoices.

Advice

Do not use them. We have been promised payment for over three month now.

I beleive invoices must be done by post, not email. Royal Mail are not that good unfortunately.

I was emailed by Jo Smith (i made the invoice care of her), they have received it and i'm told it's being processed. Payment will be in 30days.

So far that's exactly what it should be.

I see today they've been announced at DGM as a new merchant
