How much?! Are you sure you did your sums right?

Or do you promote expensive items from their site, rather than books/cds/dvds?

If you make £2.12 per click then that means that the average person would have to order items worth over £42 (based on getting 5%, rather than the 15% you only seem to get occasionally).

Also, as most people that click don't actually go on to order something (I find about 5-6 clicks results in 1 items being sold, but it might be 10-12 resulting in 1 order of 2 items or something) then each person that buys something from you must spend many times the £42 I mentioned to allow for an average epc of £2.12!

I sell lots of books, cds and dvds but only have an EPC of about 12-13p. Maybe I'm not doing very well! But I do sell tens of thousands of pounds worth each quarter so it still does well.

So what is it you sell, as that will affect the EPC and you'll really want to compare with people selling similar things.

His £2.12 EPC is what he earns per 100 clicks.

Yes it is per 100 clicks, per click is 2p!!

I sell everything loads of cds, but electronics makes 85% of my revenue. Cd sales only make about 30p a sale

I'm not even making 1p per click, and they're pretty well qualified links to relevant books.

I'm considering removing Amazon, as I'd rather pay 1p to keep my visitor on my site.

Until mid may I did very little with amazon since then it has been steady away at just over 7p a click with an average order of £45 mainly electronics.

Amazon is a steady performer for me, I would not ever do without them, they are like a home banker.

I wanna do better with them and increase my EPC but I get huge click throughs as long as this continues I will earn good money, just wanna increase the conversion rate.
