Information House /Infonation / bignewsfromsky.

Hi folks,

Has anybody received an approach from Information House (by telephone or e-mail) to run a CPA program on your site?

We were and ran a SKY TV campaign (win a Sony TV) and an infonation comp, but have yet to be paid or indeed hear from them since these campaigns ended last month. Do I need to send them an invoice? - Problem is I have no idea of the amount as they did the tracking and there are no online stats. I have a physical address but does anybody have the contact telephone number of the correct person - used to be an Australian lass, but she is 'on her travels' and I forgot to write down the name of the new contact person.

i used them for some promotions last summer which did really well.
you need to invoice them. The aussie girl foned/ emailed me every day to tell me my sales. It had the personal touch.

Sadly not got any contact names now she has gone.

You need to call or email them for the figures then send them an invoice.

We have not yet been paid despite being told the invoice had been processed for payment over 2 weeks ago

Cheers, I have got the stats, will invoice them and have found a contact name and number. The Aussie girl used to phone me too.....not every day though!! She must have liked you warn. What promo did they have last summer? I could use another one like the SKY one we ran, which did really well.

They promised the 'cheque is in the mail' over 1 month ago.

I have emailed them but have had no response.

Just interested to know whether you had any success?

they aren't the quickest of payers - and still owe us on a second invoice, but they did pay the first one... eventually.

Anyone doing stuff with The Mobile Channel.. been trying to get stats out of these guys to invoice them.
