I dropped Country Bookshop over a year ago after I discovered that their software DID NOT track. It took many LOUD emails and conversations with them and finally they admitted 'we were having problems with our tracking' I told them to shove it.

Think Natural is no great earner. Their pricing is not competitive enough with the high street. A couple of sales a month on average which represents a pittance in terms of commission.
