Do Blackstar ever pay?

I've been sending a trickle of customers to Blackstar for over a year now and although it's not a huge amount of money it is definately over their minimum for payout however I have never received a penny.
They also do not respond to my emails.

Anyone had any luck getting payment from them?

From our own experience the way to get paid is firstly send them an invoice for the outstanding amount. They don't just send a cheque to you, unfortunately

Once you invoice them there pretty quick, usually about a week.

Also you can send them an invoice via email.
