Vidshop new software

Now that Vidshop have changed their affiliate tracking software has anyone that has moved over to the new software noticed a distinct drop in sales conversions?

In the last 4 days I've sent then 762 clicks and a 1:20 conversion that should have resulted in 38 sales and a 1:10 19. And guess how many sales I've got ..... 0!

Just emailed the administrator.

good as I've allready done a spam report to google and expect that if they don't change the way they do it that site and the one the one they redirect through to be banned in the next couple of weeks.
