Are any of you having trouble getting sales data out?

And has anyone seen a slow down in XODVD sales?

Conversion rates on XO have been going downhill dramatically for me every month for the past 4 months despite consistent traffic levels.

No I cant get reports either. I am getting an error ' Unknown column 'affiliate_id' in 'where clause'select * from affiliate_invoices where affiliate....' and so on

I emailed them about the db error yesterday morning.. guess they dont work weekends though.

I have existing sub affiliates in the old Vidshop tracking sytem and I can see the commission grow each day. In the new tracking system the sub affiliates are listed but no commission is listed beside them.

Does anyone else have these issues?

Also

Just had my first payment from them and in my account it states say £100 however the payment into my bank account was €100 = £77(or thereabouts)

Is this normal or is the amount displayed in the affiliate reports the amount we should get in Sterling????

yes same for me. Not seen a sale since 15/09, normally they come daily or at least every other day

I notice that their comp hasn't changed since Aug - do you think everything is ok over there? Do you have their number?

Have you also noticed that XODVD make a habit of copying any initiative you come up with in promoting their program. They have copied names, sites, keywords, descriptions and have placed identical ads on Google as me.

That really annoys me and hence I have started to lose interest in promoting their site. When I first started with them I was earning around 1k/month in commissions, nowadays I am lucky to earn 50-100 per month despite similar traffic levels monthly throughout the year.

Is anyone else getting missing sales on Vidshop?

I get the emails through saying I made a sale but they don't show up: So some sales show up and some don't:

Seeing as this totals £90 of com then it's worth chasing!

Yes I have been getting the missing sales as well. I dont think there new system is totally reliable yet as I have sub-affiliates not showing on it yet.

Had a nice email from support there thanking me for my emails about the missing sales etc - looks like they've been actively trying to get it sorted as had a load of "missing" sales go through yesterday.
