I'm having exactly the same problem. Nightmare!!
Another mail is being sent out today, which then gives us 3 days to do what is needed.
This will probably be more specific and give more information.

Cheers - I now know that I am not the only one with troubles there.
I hope the email is more detailed than the last one, and that their systems are working ok.
Good luck.
Just received this!!!
Dear Affiliate,
"Further to my mail on Friday 12th September, you do not need to change
your links on Monday, there has been a delay in the testing of the
Casino games and therefore I ask you to hold back the link changes. I will
communicate the relevant changes in the coming week, we anticipate you
will need to change the links during week commencing 29th September.
Apologies for any confusion.
Best regards,
Ian Williams

William Hill Casino Launches New Affiliate System
What this means to you.
Dear Webmaster,
From tomorrow at 9am all players signing up to the any William Hill Casino will do so through the Sportsbook.
After listening to your comments regarding commissions, reporting, payments & player games we are launching a new affiliate function and introducing a Single William Hill Player account for both players and Affiliates alike.
At 9am all links will need to be changed if you wish to track new players coming into any William Hill Casino. Your existing players will still appear on the Cryptologic online tracking report that you currently use. We are giving all the players 6 months to play out there Ecash balances and convert their accounts to the new William Hill Single Account.
For those of you that still haven't converted your Ecash account yet please log into your online report and click the link at the top of the page.
Those that have already migrated their Ecash account to the new BAS account please log into http://bas.willhill.com to set up your new links.
New Features
In depth reporting
Including Clicks, Downloads, registrations, play details by player, deposits, estimated earnings and Unique multiple tracking codes for campaigns so you can see how one banner/site is converting against another.
Payments
To allow Affiliates to access their monthly funds quickly we are running the payment section through the sportsbook. We have built a new interface that now transfers your affiliate commissions straight into your sportsbook account where you can withdraw funds via 11 different methods and into 7 different currencies. If you are in the UK you can even withdraw your affiliate funds in cash from any William Hill branch!
New Games New Casino
The new features include a brand new Euro Casino for you to promote, which a lot of you have been crying out for. The casino will be available in 4 languages English, French, German and Italian. We have added a whole host of flash and Java instant play games for you to promote, with players now able to dip into their sports betting account to play these games instantly this should be a very rewarding feature for affiliates.
Upgrade of Player accounts
As a result of a total back end upgrade we are asking all players to change their accounts over to the new Betting interface system. A series of mails will go to existing casino customers asking them to change over to our new system. Customers will have over 6 months to convert to the new system.
Converting your Players
We have a very sophisticated system that automatically transfers your players from the old system into the new one. You will not lose any players you have previously recruited.
Your Existing Players
To view your stats from your existing players you will still log into the Ecash report as before. For commissions earned on existing players you will be paid via Ecash Direct, this will continue until all players have migrated to the new system.
Poker Players
William Hill Poker will continue to be tracked via the current Ecash system until the end of October when it will then be transferred to the new system. There will be further communication nearer the time.
Linking Changes
Unfortunately in order for us to deliver all of the new features we will require you to change your tracking links. When you sign up to the new William Hill Casino Affiliate Programme you will receive a unique Campaign ID. All tracking is now done through a redirect and the URL is found in your new Affiliate system under, Administration, Campaign, New Campaign. Then select the Casino you wish to promote from the drop down menu.
Your new links should look something like this:- http://travis.willhill.com/re.asp?na...N&camp=REF10_0

The new WH is a vast improvement but takes a little getting used to. Ian, the aff manger, is pretty snowed under with the new change and support e-mails. I should be able to answer any questions you have. Feel free to post here or e-mail me at robcook@blueyonder.co.uk and I should be able to set right any problems.
Does anyone know how/when the players from the old WH program will be transferred over to the new platform?
They won't be - old players are retained on the original system and will continue to be tracked for play.
