I have noted that in the past 2 quarters my eSpotting revenues are reducing on average 10% per quarter despite the same levels of searches/ clicks on same keywords.

Many popular keywords seem to be much cheaper than I remember and I suspect this is the reason for revenue decline.

Is it just me that is noticing this decline? Is eSpotting becoming a less popular medium for advertisers?

Average cpc is up and down all the time, I'd say it is down though at the moment.

Don't forget that change in Yahoo deal might have made advertisers lower bids, doesn't mean its long term. If the acpc keeps dropping though it means you have to work harder and if you are a promoter seek out other avenues for finding cheap, quality traffic.

Despite what you may have read on various forums the loss of Yahoo was well anticipated by Espotting and I know for a fact they have taken steps to cover the hole.
