Can anyone suggest the easiest and cheapest affiliate software to use with my own site http://www.no-more-bills.co.uk ?

I am considering offering £20-£30 for each customer sign up, but I don't have a shopping cart, and sales will need to be confirmed manually around 7 days after "info pack" has been sent to a customer.
