Spirit of Nature in administration

Apologies if this has been posted before, but I did do a search before posting!

I've just been contacted by Spirit of Nature, thanking me for all the links I had to them and would I mind changing them because the site had been completely rebuilt by the new owners who bought the name 'Spirit of Nature' after the company went into administration.

This was the first I had heard of them having gone into administration, I can tell you.

Did any other affiliates have any contact from them about this? They did owe me some commission, a fairly small amount, but surely as a creditor I should have been informed?

I've never heard of 'em to be honest. But it sounds like they want you to keep driving traffic so why not suggest they compensate you for your loss?

Spirit of Nature did go into administration in June. The brand name and domain name have been bought by entirely new business owners and they have re-launched the website selling much of the same products as before. They have now launched an entirely new affiliate programme on Affiliate Window and are offering affiliates 15% commission until the end of November should you wish to join: https://www.awin1.com/signup.php?merchant=3160.
Unfortunately any monies owed to you from the previous company cannot be re-imbursed to you by the new owners, but you can contact the administrators if you wish.
