Are these 'investments' offered to 'us' affluent affiliates who may wish to invest in the property market at the moment but without the need to find punters.

I have been buying a few properties recently because its a buyers market + yields (or potential yields at present, (cos my workers are taking their time in renovations - imho!! ha ha)) property yields better cash through rental income than any other hair brained investments from accountant's, banks or advisor's with money investments at the mo.

I have never looked into buying an apartment - infact I have never really through that an apartment is a 'property' more a 'place to live' - a property to me means walls made of stone about two feet thick and stood for at least 100 years - investment in apartments though does seem an interesting subject at the moment.

I'd be interested to see what you have on offer. Whats your site or do you have any information online for me to read.
I dont do telephone, direct mail and my email is a little infrequent. Do you have anything online with info to read at my leisure?

To answer your first question, this post is not targeted at you affluent affiliates but if you are interested I am more than happy to send you a e-brochure. What I need is a affiliate or affiliates that have in their possession relevant DATABASES that we can mail shot our marketing material to and as stated before we close 80% of responses. We follow up mail shots with courtesy calls to close further deals.

For every deal we close we pay you £1000. For example, if a client buys 4 apartment we pay you £4000. If the same client buys from us again, we pay you again. By working with us instead of selling the DATABASE to us, you will make more money. Its a WIN, WIN situation. As I stated before this all put on a agency agreement contract with our solicitors.

The way the property market is at the moment it is that best time in the next two to three years to make good money and we have the right product for todays market. Warren Buffett, has famously said in times of economic uncertainty: “We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful”
