amazon tracking

I spent £500 on amazon yesterday and did any of my items show up in the system today for commission - buggery did it!

I used the right links and everything - has anyone else managed to succussfully say their tracking is ****e?

One problem you'll have is that the Amazon T&C don't allow you to buy stuff on your own link - so if you're going to query it you could have problems.

Items don't show until they are dispatched.. I only found that out when I sent my mother-in-law links to buy some books she was after. She told me she paid for it but nothing showed for days, but after it was dispatched it showed.. I guess they only show affiliate payments once they have taken the money because remember with Amazon they don't charge the customer until they have sent the goods.

I've bought loads of stuff via my Amazon links and they've always tracked. If you go into Traffic Reports then Traffic by Item - Orders and select yesterdays date then you should be able to see what you've ordered. Then once they've been despatched look in Earnings Reports, Earnings by Item and you should see the commission you've earned on them.

nah Clarke - there's two reports - there's the one that's dispatched orders (showing commission etc) but there's also a

"Traffic by Item - Orders Report For getvisible" which shows "Traffic Reports - A traffic report provides you with timely information about the items your visitors have ordered, the linking method that works best from your Web site and more."

as oposed to "Earnings Reports" which show "An earnings report tallies the amount of money you have earned in referral fees for items dispatched. A referral fee is credited to your Associates account once the item has been dispatched, and will be paid to you at the end of every quarter. "

not only the commission. But its says "usually dispatched within 24hours" and but the expected dispatch date is acutally 4 days!!
