Hi guys,

A quick one to tell you that your visitors can order logos & ringtones via SMS now!

Even if it is a bit more expensive for the customer, we make about 60% of our sales this way in the rest of Europe and expect to do the same in the UK.

Because it costs more, we've decided to pay you more for SMS orders :

- UK : up to 1,3 £(*) payout per order.
- France : up to 1 € payout per order.

I asked the for suggestions for a good ringtone white label programme recently. I was put off mobipack because there seems to be 1 registered user on the forum, a spelling mistake on the registration form (Statut instead of Status), and I can't find any contact details on the site apart from email.

Add to that the fact you either missed or ignored the previous discussion on ringtone white label sites (surely you should be reading this forum from time to time?) and it doesn't look good imho.

The Mobipack programme and its forum are only a couple of months old and this is why there are not that many people on the forum. Also, I believe Affiliates4u is the place to be.

We are a French team and our English is not perfect. Don't worry, that shouldn't affect your conversion rate ;-)
I'll make sure this is fixed ASAP.

I've experienced some difficulties accessing this forum because I'm in France. I now use a Proxy and will be more proactive on this forum.

I don't know if that can make you more confortable but I'd like you to know that I use to be Merchant Marketing Manager for Awin. Also, I believe communication is the basis of a successfull affiliate programme.
Please, don't hesitate to ask Awin, Loanspage, E2save or any other Awin merchant what they think about me.

You have cleared up most of my concerns, thanks, but I'd still rather know a physical address for any company I'm dealing with. Does your company have a corporate site with full contact details on?
