Carpetright PLC is Europe’s leading specialist floor covering retailer, selling a wide range of carpets, rugs, vinyl and laminates together with associated accessories. In addition, the product offering was extended to selling beds in the UK following the acquisition of Sleepright in December 2008.

The group trades from 703 stores organised and managed in two geographical segments. These are the “UK & RoI” (comprising the UK and the Republic of Ireland) and the “Rest of Europe” (comprising The Netherlands and Belgium).

Our decision to launch an affiliate program in the UK has been a thought out process due to the unique product offering which is generally perceived as an “offline purchase”.

Carpetright is exclusively offering this program to a group of key affiliates to work collaboratively in launching an industry leading tracking solution for offline and online activity, delivering true insight into various customer journey’s available through Carpetright’s new re-launched web portal.

Carpetright will be offering the following standard commission to all affiliates on the program:
  • 5% for all product sales made online
  • 5% for all product sales made offline tracked back to initial action made on site (*)
  • £15 for any home appointment which converts into an offline or online sale

* All online actions are recorded within our in-store computer system (Navision) and linked to store sales when a conversion occurs in store. This link triggers from one of the following on site data-capture elements:
  • House Number (or name) + postcode
  • Phone Number
  • E-Mail Address
  • Customer Name + Postcode
