If you're an espotting affiliate test the following keyword phrase examples on your site then test on espotting itself

The results may be different based on the script you are using, we have reported this to tech support at espotting

    "flight to las vegas"
    "after dinner speaker"
    "business to business"

However, this is something which has baffled us for a while, but it appears to be down to trimming of phrases and noticed for some time, it's only now we possibly have put the finger on it.

I have looked at various affiliate sites with various results and some are affected.

Any feedback would be great so we can get back to Espotting to assist and rectify.

We wondered why we had a low CTR to paid ads and had been for a while, then we checked our web logs on searches compared with our own report tracking and they didn't tally.

James at Espots is looking into it from their end and said he will get back to me tomorrow.

But I hate to guess how much both Espots and affiliates could be losing / have lost in revenue.

Most importnat thing though is that it's fixed.

Hard to quantify a figure, but not everyone is affected, I have been to about 20 espot sites and 14 were affected.

Main concern is to get it matching again.

When I have news tomorrow, I'll report back.

Our results are different, like you we get non paid results for these phrases, other sites are serving up paid links as expected.

I sent you a pm about this.

The Tech Guy at "Espots" James ( i must say has always been helpful and a top man) is on the case with Germany hopefully it will be sorted this afternoon, it's looking like good news for affiliates and will make a positive difference all round.

He will get back to me later this afternoon with the update, but your feedback so far, which has been read by espots has helped identify it's not an isolated problem.

I have a couple of different scripts running at the moment and they do show the difference in results.

One set shows the same as espotting the other does not.

Well spotted. Lets hope that Espots do something about it, although I am not going to hold my breath.

Also as per usual payment is late.
