Hi,

Have the William Hill Casino stats got stuck again?

Activity has died a death over the last 5 or so days, and some of my players had been depositing serious cash the week before. All looks a little odd.

Anyone?

One thing I must say is that William Hill is causing a lot of grief because of the old payment system.

They can't pay in the company name which is creating huge problems.

I'm being forced to receive payment in my personal name......... you would have thought they would be able to work something out.

how do they pay your VAT?

They don't pay VAT as far as I know. Based in the Netherland Antilles.

However, always a concern given the money is coming from my now sportsbook account!

This situation they've got is crazy.

Hopefully jlowe (their marketing manager) can shead light on the situation.

They pay VAT to us. We invoice separately for the VAT portion to their UK offices.

Do you receive the casino payment via the sportsbook account? and then invoice their UK offices seperately for VAT?

The other thing I was wondering is have you any earnings from the old Ecash system?

As I mentioned this is in my personal name (rather than company name). They tell me they can't do anything about this but I find it hard to belive
