Is anyone showing any dispatched items for yesterday?

I'm showing nothing for any of my sub ids.

Same here. Very odd, this is the first day in months and months this has happened. Hopefully a reporting error.

Done a bit more digging, and if you look at the earnings reports, it is showing items as being dispatched and the commission, but there are no bonuses being calculated.

So it looks like the figures aren't filtering through to the final report.

Hopefully it'll sort itself out later on.

My stats are still wrong, I believe, unless I do not fully understand the growth bonus.
If I hit the 700% level, does that mean ALL the delivered items delivered within the growth analysis target will qualify for the 700% or each delivered item will be accessed with its own individual growth %

Does that make sense?

I have 128 items to qualify for 50% growth bonus.

and 256 items for 700% growth bonus.

Well when i hit 128, the bonus kicked in, but when I hit the 420% and 560% levels nothing happened. All this happened around 20th May.

The growth targets are banded, so you get that particular % for the items within that band, so for example if your bonus targets were -

10 - 19 = 50%
20 - 29 = 100%
30 - 45 = 200%

then you would get 50% bonus on each item between and 19, 100% on each item between 20 and 29 and 200% on each item between 30 and 45. Items over 45 would get a 50% bonus. I'm not sure how they decide the order of the items though.

As far as I can tell, apart from the missing sales for the 20th, the rest of the stats are OK. But I've not hit my growth target yet, so I can't tell about those.

So maybe, until the 20th May stats are corrected, Amazon can't calculate the future bonus for me?

I guess my targets were easily achieved this quarter, and will not be so lucky next quarter.

I'm 99% certain about that - it was the case last quarter, and I don't remember seeing anything saying it had gone back to 0%

That would make sense, since those items would possibly be in a lower bonus bracket if they were correctly included than if they add them in tomorrow. So perhaps they've just frozen the growth bonus calculations until the problem is fixed.

On the Click Throughs report, soes anyone else see lists of 'ASIN no longer available'?
I have checked a couple of the ASINs and they are available.
When something like this is wrong, you wonder what else is wrong with the stats.

I just noticed that we still seemed to still be having stuff dispatched, from viewing Earnings by Item report for the last couple of days, but our 'Total items dispatched' figure on the front page hasn't increased for a few days. It looks like the reports are out of sync.

The 'Items Dispatched' total on the 'Total Earnings/Quarter to date' report matches up with the main page 'Total items dispatched' figure, but the 'TOTAL DISPATCHED' figure at the bottom of the 'Earnings by Item/Quarter to date" report is quite a bit higher.

The same problem that happened on the 20th seems to have happened again today.

My figures have been increasing over the last few days - they are just down by the number of items on dispatched on the 20th (and now today's).

Looks like Amazon have finally sorted the problems from the 20th and 25th.
