Aus, I believe you are correct... Yet another nail in the coffin of the WH affiliate programme.
Does anyone know who the new affiliate manager is there since Ian left ?

This smells to me as an affiliate!
I presume that players you had under your affiliate accounts will now be lost as they open new accounts?
Do I have the right assumption?

The new affiliate manager is James Lowe. He's posted on here before, and is very helpful, however I only really deal with him on the bookie side.
This cd should NOT have gone out to any affiliate customers. As you know we have a new reporting system and the old ecash payment system is gradually being wound down, which is the reason why we are slowly trying to migrate customers onto the new integrated system. However our direct mail team is under strict instructions NOT to mail ecash affiliate customers. I apologise if you have received one of these cds and will take it up with them immediately.
The only way that I have found out that one of these cds slipped through the net is by reading this post, in the future as well as posting your grievances on here if you could also let me know directly, I can take it up with the specific people at William Hill.

James: Thank you for the reply, it sounds like an affiliate-friendly policy you have in place.
