Espotting Contract

Okay so its friday night, just got in and been drinking since 12... so probably not the best time to try and make sense of an espotting contract but here goes...

If your espotting affiliate id appreciate a bit of help with some of this, not going to get a response from them till monday and want to post tomorrow.

This Agreement is made on the Agreement Date between: 1. ESPOTTING MEDIA (UK) LTD (“Espotting”), a company registered in England, with its registered office at 5th Floor, Southampton House, 317 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7NL; and 2. *ME* LTD, a company registered in England, with its registered office at [INSERT: registered office address] (“Customer”).

Im no LTD company, is this a problem... can I just put in my address?

4.3.1 Any Searches originating from outside the Territories will be deemed as fraudulent in accordance with clause 7.6.

My territories are UK, so if some guy from America wanders in and makes a search, ive broke the terms??

there only two I really bothered about at the moment, all help much appreciated and if you got any help + advise for a new to-be espotting affiliate feel free to be helpfull

just whack your name and address in there instead of company details.

hmm not sure about the fraudulent thing, probs means they won't pay ya for those clicks (but will still charge customer lol ) depends what clause 7.6 says

i think if you get clicks from certain geo areas they get discounted.

just sign it and send it back....u know u want to
