Amazon - commissions from the .com site?

Hello.

I have a few good earners on amazon.co.uk so it seems natural to try to duplicate that for the .com site.

However, I can't seem to work out how to link to the US site with my tracking ID - nothing in the build a link area works, it always ends up with a 'page cannot be found message' on the UK site.

So, is it possible to do this? If not can you just sign up to the .com associates program and work separately for that site?

As far as I know you do need to join the .com program separately to link to them, you may or may not get a different ID to use with them.

Yep you have to sign up separately for each of the Amazon programs and you get paid separately for them.

You'll get a different associate id (the uk ones end -21 and the us -20).

Don't forget you can also sign up at amazon.ca, amazon.de, amazon.fr and amazon.co.jp and it's not as hard as it looks, because all the steps are basically the same (even if you can't understand the language).
