Beginning 1st Jan 2005 we are introducing a new incentive structure for our UK program designed to maximise affiliate earnings. The more affiliates push our hotels, the more they will earn.

This incentive program will run until 30th June 2005 - depending on results/feedback etc., we will continue with this structure or replace it with a modified one*.

At the moment we are paying a flat commission on consumed bookings but we will move to a commission + bonus each month based on the number of consumed bookings posted that month.

The bonus structure is as follows:

1 – 49 consumed bookings: No bonus
50 – 99 consumed bookings: £1.00 bonus for each booking
100 – 149 consumed bookings: £2.50 bonus for each booking
150 – 199 consumed bookings: £5.00 bonus for each booking
200 + consumed bookings: £10.00 bonus for each booking



*Any changes to this incentive likely to be made after 30th June 2005 will be communicated at least 1 month in advance of this date.


Bonus Example

Affiliate A is on 3% commission level and results posted in January show affiliate A has generated £20,000 of revenue from 100 consumed bookings.

Commission: £600
Bonus: 100 x £2.50 = £250

Total commission paid in January: £850

Remember, if you have targeted hotel traffic already, we can negotiate on the base commission rate.
