Nice site and products for which I have suitable traffic but what's this from your T&C page?:

... or if checks mailed to You are returned to O'Gills.com, will result in forfeiture of any amounts otherwise due to You hereunder
Unless you're offering signed courier delivery for cheques, that won't fly. Delete it and I'll join.

Hi km8,

Glad to have you join us!

I am not the lead manager on that account so please email Ian and ask about the T&C. affiliates AT ogills DOT com and he can amend, change, explain or something to suit your needs.

Forgot to mention we are also having a really cool contest. Giving away a really nice site and domain. The site is fully SEO optimized and we have given it some inbound links and it already made it's 1st sale.

To have a chance to win all you need to do is sign up and get active. See the site and all the contest details here.

Hope you win!

OK, I've emailed Ian with a link to this thread.
Let's see what happens

I have to say, I think it's a totally unfair condition.
It means that if the postman can't, or can't be bothered to, deliver my cheque, or delivers it to the wrong place, I don't get paid - ever!

Even the taxman will recut a cheque if the original wasn't received!
