Yes!…Finally..The New Fonetastic Mobile Site!
Hello,
I think that you’ll agree that it has definitely been worth waiting for when you see the revamped Fonetastic Mobile site!
Background:
It was agreed that the Fonetastic Mobile website wasn't maximising its potential. After looking at the user statistics for the website they saw that, despite getting a large number of visits per day, the conversion rate was not being maximised! FTM took into consideration the layout and flow of the website and decided it would benefit from an overhaul; while fully retaining the white label facilities already in place.
Overview Of Improvements:
· New look landing page – less clutter – more offers
· New network landing pages – improved, cleaner & modernised
· Total removal of all telephone numbers throughout the site
· Updated ‘Tariff List’ with full feature spec popup overviews
· Brand new ‘Tariff Filter’ allowing choice of category display
· Stock status indicators for each handset
· Updated ‘Deals Page’ with ‘What’s In The Box?’ feature
See it live now at:
http://www.fonetasticmobile.com
All of the existing elements of the program are still available including:
· Fantastic White Label Solution
· Java Banners & Buttons
· Product Feeds
· Content Units
· Gif Banners & Buttons
All in all it really is the time to give Fonetastic Mobile a go. We are seeing conversion rates already beginning to soar, and we want you to be part of it. Sign up now at:
http://www.fonetasticmobile.net/
And of course this is a program run and managed by R.O.EYE to ensure that the program delivers everything that you need for it to work for FTM and you the affiliate as a long term sustainable and successful program. As with all R.O.EYE programs, we welcome feedback directly from affiliates on how we can improve programs to make them work harder for you. Please do not hesitate to contact myself through the forum or direct through email at colint@ro-eye.co.uk or telephone on 0161 228 1228.
Wishing you a successful campaign!

Hello,
In order to get things moving on this program even quicker and to assist with the promotion of the new look site we’ve decided to offer increased commissions on the following until stocks last:
Samsung D-500 on T-Mobile on ANY Tariff – additional £2.50 per sale on all FTM tiers.
We’ve also decided to backdate this to the 1st May so that you’ll be rewarded for any sales on this offer since then.
This should be live for the rest of the month, but will give as much notice as possible if things change.
Please let me know if there are any queries at all. I am already receiving lots of feedback from affiliates on this program, which is being fed back to FTM for a quick response.
Regards,Colin Telford

You wouldn't get me promoting Fontetastic for anything.
I'm still owed money from the previous owner and i'm sure a lot of people on here are of the same opinion.

Hi
For what its worth I can definately vouch for the guys from ROI who are well aware of the previous history of this programs earlier incarnation.
ROI wouldnt bring something detrimental back to the table for affiliates imo so maybe Colin can explain more on the payment side of things for this essentially new program carrying the Fonetastic name.
On buy.at we have the Freedom Finance program which is also managed by ROI and the affiliates are treated like Gold Dust so i would expect ROI to be the same with any program.
Its hard to forget when you have lost money but this is a new set up as far as I know and if the program works and someone can guarantee commissions then maybe it can be thought of as a different program altogether - a new entrant if you like.
I'm vouching for ROI here and not the old FM and I dont endorse what happened to the previous re incarnation of FM - maybe have a chat with Colin and see how watertight things are with the new FM before making a final judgement

I respect your vouchsafe Malcolm and I'll be looking into their white label option as a future project for a separate new stand alone site.

Anyone had any dealings with Fonetastic? Im considering using them as their current 12 months free contract is a good offer to give to the public

I wouldn't touch them after what happened with the last owners of Fonetastic. There are plenty of other mobile affiliate schemes you can use instead.

Fonetastic is a separate company from Fonetasticmobile. The company has the same brand, but is a different company as the previous incarnation, and is doing excellently at the moment. I'm sure there are plenty of affiliates on this forum who will testify to the excellent performance of the site, and seem to be doing rather well through it.

If you can find anywhere with a better offer than the current T630 with 12 MONTHS FREE LINE RENTAL, http://www.fonetasticmobile.co.uk/2/showphones.php/1952, then please send me a PM! This is a great sell to consumers who want a bargain.
As stated previously, the affiliate scheme and payments are professionally managed, by ourselves. Any questions? ftm@ro-eye.co.uk.

I can only re-iterate that this is a separate company, where all payments are held in escrow for affiliates, professionally managed by ourselves. Affiliates are making some excellent commissions from this programme, and the company as a whole is doing some fantastic business, of which affiliates are a key part.
Whilst I respect that there have been issues in the past (with a 100% separately owned company), I feel that these have been adequately covered in this forum, and by emails with the concerned parties. Going forward if you have any concerns or feedback please do get in touch.
Regards,
Gav

Can you give me an example of the live feeds please and how they look, work, are they updated your end with your latest deals.
Also do you have live feeds for different sections ie, vodafone, o2, orange etc so say I have a page for each network can your live feeds be customised so i have a live feed for o2 network stuff on my o2 page.
Im thinking of having a section for each network and in that section will be 2 parts, the first will be contract phones and the 2nd pay as you go phones. So what do you have that could go with this thanks.

I am considering using these guys but first I want to hear from a few other people who have experience with them. I have signed up and the system seems pretty good but I just want a bit more feedback as this will be our first test of affiliates and don't want a bad experience.

Well, only to check blood type...

We've all put our techy hats on, and thanks to some nifty work from the guys over at Mobileshop, we figured out the problem.
The issue was with humanclick tracking, and essentially the page not finishing loading. This meant that a 'hit' was never registered on the site. (All phone sales were always tracked, btw, there was never an issue with this). The reason for this was the 'live support' at the top of the page was embedded in the home page and as it is live, never finishes loading. This has now been moved off the home page, and the issue should be resolved. This should have the added bonus of drastically speeding up page loading times too.
While I'm on the subject, the 'live support' is a really great option for affiliates to utilise. If a customer has any problems with their order they can go to a live webchat with a member of Mobileshop support staff, rather than the alternative of cancelling the order or phoning up and making a phone order. (Not that there are any prominent phone numbers on the site, and customers are charged £10 extra for making phone orders).
Anyway, hope that solves your problem Martyn!
On a side note, the top offers for affilaites on the FTM programme at the moment are...
The Ericsson T630 with 12 MONTHS FREE LINE RENTAL on o2.
The Trendy Samsung E530 with 12 months half price
The phone everyone wants, the K750i with 9 months half price
and the SPV C550 Smartphone with 9 months half price.
We're having the best month so far this year, so if you want to join in the fun, call me on 0161 228 1228, email ftm@ro-eye.co.uk or just sign up at www.fonetasticmobile.net!
