Experienced Affiliates to Develop Niche Foreign Property Program

I am currently helping a friend of mine Staurt Law, who is in the process of launching an affiliate program for properties abroad, Assetz International he is looking for experienced affiliates who can tell him what they need to help promote the program in its early days.

Stuart is a really nice guy and is very much open to feedback, he has a long background in affiliate marketing, and was originally one of my affiliates and still promotes some of my products (or rather some of his staff do!), he has a large technical team in house and so any wish lists in terms of data feeds, white labels etc will be welcomed.

At present he has Spanish (Tier 1 Agent for Polaris World), French (Leaseback specialist) and Cyprus property, and will be launching in areas such as the UK (commercial investment property), Bulgaria, Caribbean, Czech Republic, Dubai, Florida, Italy, and Portugal plus quite a few more.

They have been operating in the "real world" for a few years so have all the back office support in place and have excellent conversion rates (his staff based in the UK are fluent in the local language of the country they specialise in and he has staff in place in each country).

It is very early days but I am confident that some of the niche products he has combined with his excellent conversion rates and experience in affiliate marketing will make this a very valuable proposition, if you want any further information please feel free to PM or email me.

I had been waiting for some feedback re this new program but the guy I needed to speak to was on holiday, sorry for the delay.

Commissions are flexible (depending on your ability to generate business/what you can offer to the program) and will start at 10% of what the agent earns, with potential to increase this significantly (I have heard figures as high as 40%!) typically they earn between £1000 and £20000 per sale - the bulk in the £3500 zone...

So you should be able to average £350 to £1,000+ per completion - once again I have to emphasize that Stuart's back office team have massively better completion rates than the industry averages.
