Now the emails have stopped. The sales continue... but thats not the point

I would love to get emails from them!. However I sent in my completed affiliate application form (by post) six months ago, and never heard a word since. Okay, E&L turn me down if you wish!, but at least have the courtesy to let applicants know!!!!.
