It's entirely up to you.
Personally, I think the default logo is the safe option, and seems to work well, but if your customers have a lot of brand loyalty then incorporating some of your own branding might work! We've got successful affiliates who do both. If you don't have a big brand, then the default will do you just fine, IMO. I don't actually have any data to tell us the different performances, but it's something that might be worth looking into.
