Am I right in suspecting that this CD is a re-badged programme of an American based property-investment system, as all of the sales hype suggests?

There's no such thing as zero risk when you are dealing in a subject like property (sorry, should that be "real estate"), unless, of course, the whole idea is just to sell the program(me), in full knowledge that the people who sign up to this will just hand over the cash, and never actually do any more than this, so their only real risk is the money they will "invest" in the CD.

I'd suspect this is the kind of info you can get from one of the numerous free seminars which are offered at a 3-star hotel near you, which also like to make the whole game look oh-so easy!

Of course you have sold those CDs for £499 for at least 28 days prior to making this offer and have receipts for them don't you?

Yes, absolutely the cd's are made of 24K gold. They are paying for the information they will get, not a gold CD.

No, you are not right! Since you have no idea what we are offering,
you might want to keep your suggestions to yourself until you do.

Absolutely! But it wouldn't be in the last 28 days because we have been doing this for years. Do you really have so much time on your hands that the best thing you can come up with to do is post replies and comments on subjects you know nothing about?

That your address is a Regus office is fact - took me all of 30 seconds to check out.

The question re selling for £499 was simply to ensure you were complying with UK trading regulations - after all I'm sure you wouldn't want Trading Standards knocking at your door.

When you stop dreaming, and come back down to the real world, then you might see things from a slightly more rational perspective. To answer your question:

"Well, if you want to find out for sure, you'll have to join just like everybody else."

That is the lamest sales line I've never heard before.

"It comes with a money back guarantee. What have you got to loose?"

1) The money which could easily not be returned by such a guarantee.
2) About £500.
3) A huge amount of time investigating further into a venture which you are very keen to sell, but not so keen to allow to stand up to scrutiny.
4) A reputation for calling a spade a spade, and not selling snake oil.

However, I would love to learn more about investing in foreign property. Before getting involved in this seriously, I'd want to make sure I was learning from people I could trust, and who were not just looking to make a fast buck and run.

So, I'll get back to my first question. Is this a re-packaged US-based system, or something which is relevant to the UK market?

My only intention to make a post under this catagory is to promote my AFFILIATE program.

However, to answer your question, this is not a re-packaged system, it is completely UK oriented. In fact, we don't market anywhere but in the UK.

It's really a pretty simple concept. We have two clubs. A property LOCATORS club and a Property INVESTOR club. The first is for people who have no cash. Very simply, they find deals, they get paid. Then they can use that money to find their own deals. The Investors side is simple too, who wouldn't like to get deals handed to them on a silver plater. They don't even have to look for them. Our job is to be the in-between person and most of all, to educate them on the UK market and how to best take advantage of it.

I hope this explains it a little more. The site has a lot of info on it as well as video testimonials if you want to see what others have to say.
