Amazon stats

Is it just me or are Amazon UK's stats messed up again? I'm seeing sales, but zero commission.

I thought it was just me I've been having this for the last couple of days so i pulled my ppc activity on it until I realise what was going on.

They seem to be all sorted now however they have changed me from performance to classic and readjusted all my sales to 4%

How do you contact amazon - I cannot see for looking?

Yeah, same here - they've switched me to the classic programme 4% rate, although it says performance. Strange!

Yes I'm seeing sales going through at 4% also. I thought this was just part of their messed up stats. If they really have switched my account to classic I'm going to lose a fortune!

I think you can find the support form by clicking on help. I've tried to contacting them twice using their support page, but no reply as yet.

Same here, I've also emailed them with no reply.

Glad I'm not the only one this has happened to!

There's quite a few posts about this on the Amazon discussion board. People are saying their fee plan has been changed from performance to classic.

I've changed mine back to performance, but like a lot of others I've lost almost half my commission for the past 5 days. As so many people are affected I wouldn't expect Amazon to quibble over compensation.
