Prize Draw Rules

1. Closing date for all entries is Wednesday 28th February 2007. No entries will be accepted after this date. Entries which are not in accordance with these rules will be disqualified. Only one entry per person.
2. You must be 18 years or over and residing in the UK. Employees of the Alliance & Leicester plc, its subsidiaries, agents and families of such employees and all other persons connected with the free prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. You will be automatically entered into the free prize draw when you sign up to Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank’s Affiliate Scheme. This involves advertising Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank products on your website and creating a minimum of five valid business banking leads for any one of the following products: Free Business Current Account, Business Builder Account, Business Instant Reserve Account and Business 30 Day Notice.
4. The prize is a Personal Digital Assistant.
5. A draw will take place and the winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on the 1st March 2007. The winner will be notified by e-mail/post within 28 days of the closing date.
6. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. No purchase necessary. If you do not want to sign up to the Affiliate Scheme you may still enter the free prize draw by sending your name and address on a plain piece of paper marked ‘Affiliate Scheme’ to RO Eye, 9th Floor, James` Building, 79 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 6FQ
8. Details of the winner may be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the address stated above after the 1st March 2007.

10. The prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable. No alternative is available and we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal value should circumstances beyond its control require us to do so.
