  Cigarettes-Depot?

Has anyone had any dealings with Cigarettes-Depot.com either from the affiliate or customer side?

Not had any dealings but it would be very difficult to promote here in the UK since online tobacco advertising is illegal.

  Re: Cigarettes-Depot?

The site does specify that customers must ensure they pay any duty on purchases and that they deliver to the UK and Ireland.

I know Big Daddy Smokes solely deliver to the US but this Canadian firm appear to deliver anywhere.

However as has been said, it is illegal to offer for sale any alcohol or cigarettes for which duty has not been paid and I am unsure if selling the products to a customer and making them responsible for any duty payment separately is sufficient. My understanding is that a retailer must charge the duty and pass this on to HM Revenue and Customs.

However, the firm is based outside the EU in Canada and is not responsible for implementing EU law so a customer could technically be responsible for paying duty themselves separately. Worth looking into if the website promoting is non EU based and all monies earned are sent to a non UK bank or online account. They also do drop ship.

Might be worth looking into.
