The website provides a facility for home owners wanting to sell their property to receive cash offers for their property from a consortium of property investors. Options are also available for the home owner to sell and rent back the property they occupy so that they dont have to move and also as a means of financial alleviation for those facing repossession, foreclosures, mortgage arrears etc.

Pay out is £5 per valid application. The application process for site visitors is free and the cash offers are non-obligatory.

We also offer a 2-tier system, whereby, for all affiliates that sign up via your referral/promotion, you will receive 20% (=£1) for each of their successful applications.

Payout is via paypal on the 4th of each month.
