ticketmaster stats down?

I logged into the ticketmaster reporting and all sales previously shown for this month have been wiped.

Can anyone confirm it is reporting ok, and also does anyone have ticketmaster contact number so i can discuss with them.

I don't know anything about the stats but this used to be the tele and fax number, I don't know if it is still applicable

I have been trying since the 11th Aug to get a response and received the following email yesterday:

Dear Ticketmaster Partner,
I'm writing to update you on the reporting issues that have experienced over the past week with the M3 platform and the current status.

On August 10 2007 we experienced issues with one of our harvest servers that is used to calculate summary statistics for reporting that resulted in the summary data being inaccurate. This error was identified and resolved on August 13 and required flushing the inaccurate data and regenerating reports from raw log data. At the same time, although unrelated, M3 were in the process of moving some servers and infrastructure to a new data-centre. In order to maintain redundancy during this move we made the decision to take any additional harvest servers offline to re-generate the report data.

I'm pleased to inform you that the data-centre migration is now complete and we are currently in the process of regenerating the missing statistics. We are aiming for these to be available for you to view and download by the close of business on Thursday.

I understand that access to these reports is important for you to run your business and for this we sincerely apologise.

Have checked my stats for Aug and the only day I have any stats for is on the 10th Aug '07. Is this the same for others??

Sounds like it could take abit longer than they expect !

Can someone post when they get their Stats back!!

Stats should be up and running again now. They've loaded all our sales on from the period when the system was down but if you're affected I'd check to see if Friday 24th August looks Ok for you. This is the day that the system was brought back online but our daily sales for that day are well below where they should be. (I've lodged an enquiry)

All the Stats are back on my account and are showing as normal in real time (referral shows about 30 mins later). - Sunday -

Also checked Monday and everything still fine.

I think my missing stats are back but the report detail is a bit shot to bits, the ticket name is wrong I can work out the event by the venue name / location
