Hi Guys,

Been a member here for a few years and had an idea yesterday. My business friend pays an indian company who specialise in SEO a fee for every person who completes the form on his website and is a genuine person. So pays on results.

Now I know that there are some very successful businesspeople on here who do exactly that for affiliate schemes even designing their own websites. I am interested in setting up a similar scheme for my website.

My business specialises in reversing repossession decisions and allowing people to stay in their houses. I have a degree in Computer Studies but spend my time running my business. Would anyone here be interested in setting up such an agreement with me, obviously we'd both benefit. I don't have the time to make my website the success I need it to be.

Perhaps you can also advise me on ways to track my affiliates.

Thanks in advance

Philip Wheeler

  Re: Propertylifeline

it all boils down to the money. You need to think:

1. How much you are willing to pay per lead
2. Ratio of failed to successful reversals

Anyone building their own sites and passing the leads on needs to know that the conversion ratio is x% at a lead value of £xx. This then allows budgeting of adverts etc.

I see, thank you for the reply.

Well I would be willing to pay £100 for every lead I buy, in other words every person that fills out a form, the figures stack up and I complete a sale on it.

I'm looking to but 101 properties this year so I can convert them into deals. I suppose 1 in five calls from my newspaper advertising results in a sale.

Is anyone interested in this opportunity, I'll start by buying google adwords to see what the conversion ration is, unless you know another way? Currently my website has not generated me a single lead, I rely on newspaper and leaflet marketing, I would appreciate the help of the members on this website.

Thanks in advance
