  New Affiliate Scheme - Tickets

Hi

We have a new scheme running where you will earn 2.5% on all ticket sales (average transactions are £50 for theatre and £150 for festivals). We set up the scheme a month ago for 2 websites that approached us and they are earning around £100 a week so we decided to open the scheme to other sites. We are looking for the following type of affiliates...

North West targeted entertainment/theatre/club listing sites
National what's on sites
Sites with content relevant to our national listings of Summer Proms, Creamfields events, Gatecrasher events, etc.
Please check out our website Quaytickets to see if you think our content would fit with your websites. You can register at Quaytickets affiliate program
If you have any questions please message me.

Thanks

Also do you have a RSS or xml feed? Also a .csv?

Also will you ensure that all affiliates are notified when bookings for a specific event are sold out or will be sold out by?

Hi

We have XML & RSS feeds. The feeds update when events are sold out.

Thanks

PM sent.

I was half way through your application form when I came across the bank details. One thing missing is a field for the Account Name. The more serious feedback is that I must admit to being uncomfortable inputting this info on an unsecured server. Is there another way?

Finally, can you produce a CSV file from your feed?

Hi Gadget

We do not need the name the account is in to make the payment but it is info we may collect now you have mentioned it. With regards to the bank details you can give me a call and I can input these for you from our end. The CVS file I have been asked about twice in the past few days and it is something we will look into on our next update but currently we only offer RSS & XML feeds.

You also asked about if we are on a Network, the simple answer is no. We decided not to go down this route as we would rather deal with affiliates direct. This allows us to pay a better commission of 2.5% compared to most ticket agents set fee of 25p-35p a ticket. Since most of our tickets are over £10 you will nearly always get over 25p. This means for a say a Creamfields ticket at £115 you would earn £2.88 instead of 25p! Plus our booking fee is only 8% on this ticket which we believe is the lowest online with others charging 10-12%.
We want affiliates with high traffic or who will work with us to push sales. I think people seem to think that schemes not in a network could rip them off, I would advise looking at our site and reading the about us section as we are not a small company. Your sales are not manually authorised so as soon as a sale is made you will see the commission in your account, I know people are worried merchants may not always auth a commission and with our system you can track in real time.

If anyone has any questions feel free to ask away.

Thanks

Peter

Thanks for the reply. I'll be signing up later.

The lack of a CSV file will slow down the volume of traffic I am able to send. I'm no techie (some are on here) but I have a sneaky feeling it is possible to convert a XML file into a CSV .. no idea how though!

Edit: From Google .. convert xml to csv - Google Search

Re: New Affiliate Scheme - Tickets

Well we now have a few people signed up to sell Creamfields tickets and I am now after affiliates that would be intrested in running sites to push sales for the summer proms events we are selling. No websites exist listing the summer proms around the UK so there is a gap in the market and we have around 10 Proms events and hope to add more shortly ready for the peak season. With weather like we are having now sales should be strong this summer.

Let me know if you want anymore details. You can register at Quaytickets affiliate program

Re: New Affiliate Scheme - Tickets

Just to let you know we are adding more events with high values and wide scale appeal. We have added some MEN Arena shows this week:-
Cliff Richard
Disney's High School Musical On Ice
Disney's Nemo On Ice

We are also adding the national tour of Cirque Surreal. We are still looking for more affiliates to push sales of our Summer Proms concerts which are huge sellers.

Any questions please let me know.

Thanks
