This merchant has seen great success, both online and offline...
Like with most retail/gift items it has seasonality ups and downs, i.e. Xmas, weddings (during summer), fathers day, mothers day, etc...
The two biggest selling product categories (year round) are for 'In Loving Memory' (the deceased) and 'Pets'. So any sites aimed at either of these markets would do well having a gift section or adding these items to their current gift section.
By the way, we are going to make small alterations to the site to improve the customer experience.
