We are a 100 seats call center located in western part of India under the name of Acuity Business Solution. We are presently involved in the business of lead generation for finance sector for UK & US markets.

We are presently involved in lead generation of IVA & DMP leads for UK market & have a staff of 15-20 people involved for the same. We are presently generating 30-35 hotkey leads for IVA & DMP on daily basis. We are about to increase the number for agents for UK lead generation process for IVA & DMP. For the same we are looking for a company who could be in a position to buy atleast 12-15 hotkey leads a day.

Apart from UK we are also involved in US lead generation process for loan modifications. We have staff of 20-25 people involved in lead generation for the same. Apart from that we have a staff of 12-15 people involved in US debt collection process.

I am currently working as a Business Development Manager for a Debt Management Company which as been established for over 7 years.

I am basically looking to increase business for the company by building relationships with lead generation companies who can provide Debt Management leads.

At this present moment I am not looking for any Indian based generated leads because the company already has an exlcusive contract with a Indian based call centre.

I would be looking to speak to anyone who could provide daily Fresh Debt management leads either Hot Keyed or by email.

Criteria can be discussed but the usual requirments would be wanted (min debt, creditors etc).

My company would look to pay on a daily basis with any unused leads returned.

My god you Indian call centre theives make me sick (apologies to the two or three over there that are actually ok)

The problem with Indian call centres is that the JUST DON'T LISTEN.

Two ears and one mouth - ever heard of that expression?

When I'm speaking to an Indian agent, the ability to operate a conversation outside of a script is absolutley impossible:scared. I have a more enjoyable time talking to a voice prompt system.

This is a cultural thing, 'not listening', and your call centres are RIFE with it. From the entry level agent with 23 degrees in computer science providings, up until the 'Head of BPO Providings' - none of you, yes NONE of you listen:td. You care more about getting your message across than listening to what the customer or consumer actually want.

Read the original post again. They ALREADY have an exclusive arrangement with an Indian call centre, they are NOT looking to work with others. So stop copy/pasting your sales material on every post. Start reading what people are looking for. Your really starting to phuck me off now.

If you've done the honourable thing, and read this far, send me an email, ill point you to some companies that DO buy Indian call centre services.

Meantime, for the largest supplier of UK HK's (wholesale only) then we'd be happy to help the original poster with their needs.

He started the thread in March. I doubt he's checking responses now. The Indian lead generators must have such a slow internet connection that they have only just managed to respond after addressing the thread starters request in March.

Unfortunately for me, I get replies straight to my email.

I once made the mistake of putting my office and even more stupidly my mobile number on a post.

I couldn't agree with you more Rob - you want to try and explaining to people on the phone your not interested in any more Indian generated leads - my
dog listens better.

And as the post states above - I made the post in March and we are adequately supplied at this moment in time.

If things were to change, I would create a new post rather than dragging up 6 month old ones!
