How are those Bankruptcy Proceedings going Jackie? Pretty expensive on your part I'd imagine, considering you Have actually received a full refund. I'll happily post a screenshot, including the account details.... seeing as though you like to resolve disputes over a public forum.

Let me know who your solicitor is and I'll give them the name of one of my solicitors who will accept and defend proceedings. (Contrary to your belief, you can actually nominate a solicitor to accept proceedings on your behalf. It just goes to show the major lack of some basic legal knowledge within some new claims companies, simply jumping on the bandwagon the the minute.)
