I'm looking for solicitors to take packaged cases that meet with both the MOJ and SRA compliance all eligible claims are individually reviewed by a barrister within Chambers. Process as follows Claim's are identified by Counsel and a score is assigned to each head of claim, each score representing a percentage chance of success. The individual barrister who scores the case will then be available for instruction by the Solicitor during the running of the case. Solicitors can be assured that each claim has been quality assessed by an independent barrister specialising in unenforceability litigation.And that have a realistic prospect of success. We can provide other services to the solicitor (as specified in the document Please PM me), including ATE insurance, in addition to the audit report.
