I think that bearing in mind the problems we had both with your leads and the refund I would hope you would look at payment on conversion which then tells us that the quality is good. No cold calling I presume. Conversion is only a matter of days anyway and we are prepared to pay a bit more for this.

Im sure most people would agree.. a lead is a lead. We can't guarantee 100% conversion, and there are costs involved in lead generation. If we could guarantee 100% conversion rates, I would be asking for £500 a lead.
