Criteria
Customer;

• Has or has had a Personal Loan with PPI
• Wants to make a claim for mis-selling.
• Has a PPI premium over £500
• Is not in arrears
• Has not been declared bankrupt / in an IVA / in Debt Management
• Has no previous claim against the PPI
• Has no previous complaint about PPI mis-selling
• Has been advised claim is on a NO WIN-NO FEE basis.
