    Dear All,

Tread with extreme caution if you are dealing with this company.

They have failed to deliver a £3500 order and have so far refused to make any refund.

They have a number of trading names, so use caution and dig around before you pay upfront

    Completely disagree.

I've dealt with them in each of their guises for nearly 8 years. Never once have I been stung by them...

I've come across the occasional person whos been unfortunate to deal with the occasional over ambitious sales rep that they seemed to have employed a few years back... but in truth, I can't think of any business that knows more about the Debt Lead Gen Process, including us!!

Took a sample order of DM leads having been rung out of the blue by them, only delivered half the order, actually have emails admitting they hadnt fulfilled order and the Director rang me to advise they would refund. Nearly three months down the line no refund. This is despite me actually having the Directors email address, he is now choosing to ignore me. I'm sure they are fine to use if you are a lead gen firm, but when your company actually wants the type of lead they generate for sales purposes and you dont get them, it's just plain robbery.

    Same experience.

We are owed an agreed refund from months ago.

We have a company who deal with this kind of thing and they have advised us that there are all sort of issues with CPN's credit rating.

From personal experience i would avoid them at all costs.:td

    boooo cpn.

CPN is that Adam Mangan's company??

I have been working with them for about 4 yrs as a supplier .. never had any issues. I suggest you get in touch with him, he is usually upto there for client service so should not be problems.

I think the key word here is that you are a "supplier" not a "purchaser" which is what is being discussed.

We have been working with CPN for quite some time now dealt with Debbie & Adam i would disagree on the fact that they take money and do not deliver they always deliver maybe sometimes there is delays however your money is always safe and the account managment we have recd has been fantastic.

Just my experience ... Seem okay to me

i replied more from the money prospect, some who can pay vendor's on time and keep up to commitment. Don't think will cheat clients, looks like a case of occasional mess up causing confusions, part of business.

"occasional mess ups and confusions" aren't part of normal business as far as I'm concerned, to even offer that as an excuse on CPNs behalf is incredibly weak.

thanks to all the posts on here. CPN have now issued a full refund - maybe in part due to your comments.

Shame it had to develop into a forum exchange, instead of just resolving the issues in a timely manner in the first place.
