The clients are contacted and go through a survey regarding there mortgage loans and other finances we ask the clients 15questions and qualify there criteria here is the details we take from client

when mortgage was last changed
mortgage type
years left on mortgage
current mortgage lender
value of property
mortgage balance

what loans

bank loans-personal loan-carl loan- or other

amount outstanding on loan

credit cards outstanding

amount outstanding

what client would prefer to do

A.pay mortgage of quicker B.pay less per month

Is there anything client wants to raise capitol for home imps/consolidate etc

amount looking to raise

who deals with finances

mr-mrs or both

best time to call

Once survey is complete we would introduce your company and explain to client you will call them back to discuss options we only send survey if clients agrees to call back and meets the following criteria

changed mortgage over 12mths ago
must have at least 5years left on mortgage
minimum mortgage amount outstanding 25k
minimum debt outstanding 5k

All the surveys will be exclusive to your company and we can target area's you require them to be produced
