We are a UK based call centre providing financial solutions to wide and varied consumer base.
We have recently been tasked by a partner to survey a very brief protection questionaire, as a means to generate some very basic life leads.
We have been running this campaign for the last week and have found that our core customer base is extremely responsive to this proposition. Our proposal is as follows:-
1. To reload the first tier life leads into our dialler as a new campaign.
2. To recontact our customers, reconfirm their interest in a new life policy and complete a series of additional qualifying questions (as dictated by a potential life partner).
3. To Hot Key transfer fully qualified customers to a potential partner.
